Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, delays may happen due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond my control.
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping notification with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Note: 4x4 prints do not receive tracking numbers.

How to Check Your Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your shipment’s progress. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days after the shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will help you track it.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on art products, except if your item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mackboross.com. Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
Once I confirm the damage, I will send a replacement print at no additional cost. Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives.
Claims made after 7 days from receipt may not be eligible for replacement.
