Orders are usually processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Yes! Shipping is free for all orders within the U.S.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
Note: 4x4 prints do not include tracking numbers.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number. I'll do my best to locate it for you.

I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mackboross.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
Once I review your claim, I will send a replacement at no cost.

Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. You won't need to ship the damaged print back unless I specifically ask.

Since each piece is made to order, I'm unable to make changes or cancel orders after they are placed.
