  • Orders are usually processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Currently, I only ship within the United States.

  • Yes! Shipping is free for all orders within the U.S.

  • Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.

    Note: 4x4 prints do not include tracking numbers.

  • If you haven't received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number. I'll do my best to locate it for you.

  • I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mackboross.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.

    Once I review your claim, I will send a replacement at no cost.

  • Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. You won't need to ship the damaged print back unless I specifically ask.

  • Since each piece is made to order, I'm unable to make changes or cancel orders after they are placed.

  • Yes. If you're looking for a custom framed piece, feel free to contact me to discuss your idea.
