Information

A practical note

The goal is clarity, not friction.

The details are gathered here in one place so they are easier to follow.

Contact Back to collection

1. Are the prints signed?

Yes. All prints are signed by the artist.

2. Do the prints include a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the artwork and artist signature.

3. What is a limited edition print?

Limited edition prints are produced in a strictly limited quantity. Each print is signed, dated, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Each edition consists of 10 prints. The artist retains print #1 for archival purposes, leaving 9 collector prints available for purchase. Once the edition sells out, no additional prints from that edition will be produced.

4. How are the prints numbered?

Limited edition prints are numbered as part of the edition (for example, 2/10 or 5/10). The first number represents the individual print and the second number represents the total size of the edition.

5. How many prints are left in each edition?

Limited editions are intentionally produced in small quantities. Availability may vary depending on how many have already been collected. If you would like to know how many prints remain in a specific edition, feel free to contact me.

6. What is an open edition print?

Open edition prints are not limited to a fixed total edition size. To manage availability, a small number of prints are released at a time.

Typically, up to 10 open edition prints are available at once. Once they sell out, the artwork may be restocked in future releases.

7. Are the prints archival quality?

Yes. Prints are produced using archival-quality materials designed for longevity and professional presentation.

8. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is available only within the United States.

10. Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.

11. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Note: 4×4 prints ship without tracking.

12. What if my order is late or lost?

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number. I will do my best to locate the shipment and assist you.

13. What is your refund or return policy?

Because each piece is carefully produced and handled by the artist, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged during shipping.

14. What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@mackboross.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement print will be sent at no additional cost.

15. Do I need to return the damaged print?

Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. In some cases, I may request that the damaged artwork be returned or destroyed before issuing a replacement.

16. Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each piece is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been placed.

17. Do you accept commissions or custom requests?

Commissions and custom projects may be available depending on availability. If you're interested in a custom piece, please contact me with details about size, location, and timeline.

18. How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork, avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Framed pieces should be handled carefully and displayed in a stable indoor environment.

19. Is the artwork exactly as shown online?

I do my best to ensure that the artwork images on the website accurately represent the colors and details of each piece. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings or device display.

Each print is carefully produced using high-quality materials to ensure the final artwork closely reflects what you see online.

20. What if the artwork doesn’t meet my expectations?

Every piece is produced with great care and attention to detail. If you have any questions about a specific artwork before purchasing, feel free to contact me and I will gladly provide additional information.

While returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged during shipping, I want collectors to feel confident in their purchase and am happy to answer questions before ordering.

21. How do I contact you?

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out at info@mackboross.com. I personally respond to every message and am happy to help.
