1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the United States.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free for all orders within the U.S.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
Note: 4x4 prints do not include tracking numbers.
5. What if my order is late or lost?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number. I’ll do my best to locate it for you.
6. What is your refund or return policy?
I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.
7. What should I do if my print arrives damaged?
Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mackboross.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
Once I review your claim, I will send a replacement at no cost.
8. Do I need to return the damaged print?
Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. You won’t need to ship the damaged print back unless I specifically ask.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Since each piece is made to order, I’m unable to make changes or cancel orders after they are placed.
