1. Overview
This website is operated by Mack Bo Ross Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to the artist operating the store. The Services include the sale of original prints, open edition prints, limited edition artwork, photography, and creative services.
By visiting this site or purchasing from it, you engage in the Services and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website or make purchases through the store.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the website.
3. Products and Artwork
Mack Bo Ross Studio offers open edition and limited edition prints, photography, and creative works. Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur depending on screen settings, printing processes, and materials.
Limited edition works are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints from that edition will be produced.
4. Authenticity
All prints sold through this website are signed by the artist and include a Certificate of Authenticity unless otherwise stated.
5. Pricing
Prices for artwork and services are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.
6. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the artwork. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
To prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions, orders may be subject to verification. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is suspected.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is authorized and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
7. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping is currently available only within the United States.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Certain small items, such as 4×4 prints, may ship without tracking.
Framed limited edition works may be personally delivered within the Midwest when possible. Orders outside the region may be shipped using professionally packaged and insured delivery services.
8. Returns and Damaged Items
Because each artwork is personally produced and handled by the artist, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. If the damage is confirmed, a replacement print will be provided at no additional cost.
In some cases, I may require the damaged item to be returned or destroyed before a replacement is issued.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Mack Bo Ross Studio and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Purchasing a print or artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. The purchase of physical artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only. All rights to reproduction, distribution, display, licensing, and commercial use remain exclusively with the artist.
Artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, distributed, modified, published, resold as reproductions, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the artist. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
10. Website Use
You agree not to interfere with the security of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or services connected to this website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mack Bo Ross Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork or services.
12. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
