I personally handle each order and take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. Please allow approximately 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and packaging.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond my control.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when available.
Shipping Details
- Free shipping within the United States
- Shipping is currently available to U.S. addresses only
- Artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit
- Most prints ship with tracking
- Small prints such as 4×4 prints may ship without tracking
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number and I will help track the shipment.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement print will be sent at no additional cost.
Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. In some cases, I may request that the damaged artwork be returned or destroyed before a replacement is issued.
Claims made after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible.
Order Verification
To protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions, orders may be subject to verification before shipment. If suspicious activity is detected, I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.
