Each artwork is personally handled, carefully packaged, and prepared to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
All prints, including both limited edition and open edition prints, are signed and dated by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Because many pieces are produced in limited quantities and handled directly by me as the artist, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, I will gladly replace it.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement print will be sent at no additional cost. In some cases, I may request that the damaged artwork be returned or destroyed before a replacement is issued. Please keep the original packaging until your replacement arrives. Claims made after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond my control.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Note: 4×4 prints do not include tracking numbers.
Shipping Details
- Free shipping within the United States
- Shipping is currently available to U.S. addresses only
- Framed limited edition works may be personally delivered within the Midwest when possible
- Collectors outside the region will receive professionally packaged and fully insured shipping
Checking Your Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information (when applicable). If your order has not arrived within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number and I will help track it.
